Mind-blowing location! It was super convenient for our visit to the BBMF hanger tour. The accommodation was set in stunning lakeside and woodland surroundings - a jaw-dropping getaway from the outside world. The best part? The kitchen was unbelievable - I wish I had it in my own home! The owners were absolutely lovely and their knowledge of the area was impressive. They made sure nothing was too much trouble. We had the best sleep ever and didn't want to leave. I would definitely book again. Plus, the property had Wi-Fi, free parking, and even allowed pets. No smoking on site.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this beautiful holiday cottage surrounded by stunning nature. the owners, Amanda and Adam, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. the cottage itself was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. the large sitting room with a DVD player and a selection of films was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. the location was brilliant, close to attractions like Lincoln and Coningsby, but still peaceful and tranquil. We particularly loved the picturesque lakeside and woodland views.
The large sitting room could benefit from a slightly larger screen for a more immersive viewing experience.

We stayed at the charming Peacock Barn for a few days and it was the perfect base for exploring Lincoln and Coningsby. The warm and friendly welcome we received set a great tone for our stay. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. It was immaculate and the surrounding area was stunning and peaceful. The owners, Amanda and her 'baby' the holiday cottage, were amazing hosts and made us feel right at home. The fishing on the on-site lake was a bonus for my husband, who caught his first ever mirror carp over 10lb. a delightful and relaxing experience.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The room at Peacock Barn was absolutely fantastic! The private bathroom was like a little sanctuary, with a luxurious bath and a refreshing shower. It felt so cozy and relaxing after a long day of biking. As a guest who appreciates a good soak, this was an absolute treat!
If I had to pick one thing, the only downside was that the shower pressure was a bit weak. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Absolutely fabulous if you love nature, peace, and quiet. The owners are committed to providing an exceptional experience. The location is ideal, surrounded by beautiful lakeside and woodland. The property is characterful and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.
The beds were a bit too hard for our liking, but everything else was perfect. It would be nice if there were benches around the lake for us to sit and watch while our partners fish.
